  • The parties execute a standard Mutual Confidentiality Agreement that fosters open dialogue
  • The parties enter a Sales Representation Agreement that sets the terms of the outsourcing arrangement
  • SOS becomes part of the team
  • SOS provides sales planning, documentation, and customer Orders
  • Client executes contracts and settles up with SOS after a sale occurs
  • SOS gets paid on same terms as client (ex., in lump sum on Fixed Price deals and monthly on SaaS deals)
